Do you make allergy-friendly cakes and desserts?

Allergies can be accommodated upon request.

Gluten Friendly cakes/cookies can be ordered as well.

*Gluten Friendly means the products themselves are made with gluten-free ingredients but I use the same kitchen and all the same equipment so there is a potential risk for cross-contamination. All equipment is thoroughly washed between uses.
I do not make dairy-free cakes or desserts at this time.

How should I store my cake/cupcakes?

Cakes and cupcakes are best stored covered or in their box in the fridge.

They are best consumed at room temperature so take them out of the fridge at least 1 hour prior to eating.

How do I place an order?

Custom orders start by filling out the “request an order” form. This will start an email conversation where we will finalize the details of your order.

Non-Custom orders can be ordered by shopping the products listed throughout the website.

Cancellation/Refund/Change Policy

Cancellations, refunds, and changes will be looked at on a case-to-case basis.

So much hard work goes into planning, baking, and decorating your custom desserts for your special event. Because of that, the 20% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are moving the same order to a different date we will be able to apply the deposit at the discretion of Indulgence Bakery. However, if you are changing the details of your order there will be a $15 planning fee added.

How far in advance should I place my order?

As soon as possible! But please try to give at least 1 week notice for custom orders.

Some weeks fill up faster than others, the sooner you can get your order in the better. I try to accommodate as many orders as I can.

Is a deposit required to secure my order?

Yes, custom-ordered desserts require a 20% deposit to secure your spot on my calendar. An invoice with a payment schedule will be sent to you upon determining pricing for your order.

What is the best way to transport my cake?

In an air-conditioned car, placed on the floor of the backseat, not on the seat or in someone’s lap.
